Alila Manggis Combines Health and Holiday in a Restorative Journey of Well-being
18 February 2020
At its secluded setting along the shores of Bali’s peaceful east coast, Alila Manggis provides a haven of well-being for guests to unplug, recharge and rediscover a healthy lifestyle while enjoying their holiday.
Well-being at Alila Manggis is defined as one’s individual journey towards feeling positively healthy, but never guilty, even if that means enjoying a glass of wine after a day of healthy pursuits. This philosophy lies at the heart of the resort’s newly launched Escape to Bali package, which allows guests the freedom to indulge in wellness at their own pace, and as lightly or deeply as they wish according to their own personal health goals.
Encompassing an integrated approach to wellness that aims to rest, repair and restore, this package includes a 5-night stay with complimentary yoga at the resort’s beautiful oceanfront shala, an inspiring spot to greet the rising sun with sun salutations. It also includes pick-up transfers and daily spa treatment at Spa Alila – from the infamous Balinese massage with many benefits or Manggis signature therapeutic – all using Alila’s own line of natural spa products.
Throughout the retreat, guests can stay fuelled with Alila Manggis’ signature menus that have been prepared by executive chef Wayan Sandiasa, featuring unlimited tasty, healthy gourmet cuisine and health tonics designed to nurture wellness from within and optimise energy levels. In-house guests can also enjoy a number of complimentary wellness activities offered according to a daily schedule, which include meditation, Hatha yoga, tai chi, and qi gong with Alila Manggis’ very own General Manager, Jordi Arguelles Jules.
The Escape to Bali package starts from USD 187++
