Offering 3 yoga sessions per week, each led by a certified instructor in our movement studio or on the lawn. Practicing yoga movement provides physical and mental benefits including increased flexibility, muscle strength and tone; cardiovascular and circulatory health; energy and vitality; improved athletic performance; reduced inflammation; relief from anxiety and depression; sharper attention, focus, and concentration; calming and centering of the nervous system; and improved regular sleep.
