Join an Aftel-trained perfumer for an hour of interactive scent experience designed to deepen your connection to wine country through the power of scent memory.  Scent is a sense of place, a signature as unique to a location as a fingerprint is to an individual. Scent, more than any other sense, measurably impacts us; it has a direct connection to memory and emotion and can be instrumental in improving our experience. Learn about the powers of fragrant local flora such as labdanum, lavender, fir and pink peppercorn, and blend your favorites to craft a bespoke room and aura spray to take home as a reminder of your time in wine country. Advance reservations required, and before or after a meal is appropriate.
