Boutique in Feel
With only 35 rooms and suites, The Diwa Club has the feel of a boutique hotel—with all of the amenities of a resort.
Our accommodations are designed with serenity and seclusion in mind, and all enjoy a spacious balcony overlooking the club’s private pool. Our two-bedroom suites, the only ones in Goa, are ideal for a family getaway.
Goa offers a one-of-a-kind mix of unspoiled nature and an amalgam of cultures.
Goa’s lanes still hark back to its colonial past, evident in the exquisite architecture, and in the soulful strains of Portuguese fado music that still carry on the sea breeze. Its white sand beaches are allures all their own and include the seemingly endless Gonsua Beach, just 300 meters away from the Diwa Club—and easily accessible, thanks to our complimentary, daily beach shuttle service.
Explore Goa for a rich understanding of its long and diverse history.
Now in ruins, the Cabo De Rama Fort, built before the arrival of the Portuguese on Goa’s southernmost edge, still makes a spectacular trip, especially when seen from a boat tour. In Goa Velha (Old Goa), the original walled Portuguese city, the World Heritage Site Basilica of Bom Jesus marvels with its Baroque architecture. Located in Loutolim, the educational center Ancestral Goa offers a mock village to glimpse village life as it would have been from a century ago.
Taste of Goa
Discover authentic preparations of southwest coastal cuisine, as well as contemporary plates with influences from across the globe.
The Diwa Club’s exclusive dining venue Bistro draws on the cuisines of the Mediterranean and Middle East. At Spice Studio, built around a majestic Banyan tree, celebrate the deep flavors and aromas of the kitchens of Kerala, Karnataka and Goa.
Alila Diwa Club takes great pride in minimizing its environmental impact and supporting the local community.
Throughout Aliila Diwa Goa, great care has been taken to work with the natural landscape to preserve indigenous ecosystems, with spaces woven around centuries-old trees in a symbiotic relationship. We are also the first hotel in Goa to install a water bottling plant, eliminating an estimated 350,000 single-use plastic bottles annually.
