“A sweet escape to Ubud’s breathtaking landscape”

The perfect tranquil getaway right at the cultural heart of Bali

Alila Ubud is a serene hillside retreat that sits high up on the edge of the Ayung River valley right at the heart of Ubud, Bali. Contemporary design beautifully marries traditional Balinese architecture at this tranquil oasis. The secluded courtyards, spacious terraces and private gardens create an intimate feeling that cannot be replicated elsewhere. All rooms offer stunning views of the lush greeneries surrounding the valley with the sound of a river flowing in the background.

It was love at first sight for us in Alila Ubud. Upon arrival, the excellent service and warm hospitality immediately swept us off our feet. We were also wowed by the facilities and activities that are freely offered to guests. It is no wonder that Alila Ubud was awarded the #4 Condé Nast Traveler Readers Choice Awards in Asia and the Indian Subcontinent, and #14 Condé Nast Traveler Readers Choice Awards Winner in 2017.

From the daily Yoga and Tai Chi sessions to the guided walking tours around the hotel surroundings, Balinese dance class for children, and afternoon tea served every evening, Alila Ubud managed to give us the best surprises, and we are sure that you will love it here like we did. Get ready for your most exciting yet relaxing getaway thus far!

Reviews

“The reception, restaurant and poolside bar are sheltered by roofs but otherwise are open air, and there’s an incredible natural feel to the hotel. Don’t get me wrong, the hotel all looks very new and very stylishly designed, but it doesn’t look out of place among the palm trees and exotic flora that surround it.” Read More

“I often think it’s the little extras that tell you a lot about a hotel; they certainly make a big difference to how I feel overall about the stay. The Alila Ubud, although officially rated 4 star for some box-ticking reason, looks and feels like a 5 star property in every way imaginable. ”Read More
