For the remaining activities, a charge of IDR 100,000++ per person is applied. Traditional Hatha Yoga has a charge of IDR 250,000++.
Yoga and meditation classes are held in our Surya Yoga Shala, while Taichi will take place at our Coconut Grove in front of the Spa.

Yoga
Build up confidence and strength by holding poses and focusing on a proper physical alignment in this Yoga class. Reconnect and balance your body and mind, as you open and ground yourself.

Taichi
Flow gracefully and slowly through body movements by focusing on a steady motion and deep breathing. As you experience meditation in motion, the gentle flow from one posture to the next supports in stress reduction and promotes serenity throughout the exercise.

Vinyasa Yoga
Flow mindfully through dynamic sequences in a Vinyasa class. Strengthen your body by following a sequence of postures, as you synchronize your breath with movements.

Yin Yoga
Restorative poses will release tension in your connective tissues in this class. Postures are held for about 3-5 minutes and your body will have the time to restore your muscles.

Morning/Sunset Flow
Follow a gentle flow as you connect your breath to your movements. Morning/Sunset Flow will guide your body through sequences to wake up your muscles and prepare you for the rest of the day.

Meditation
A guided meditation will support you in finding a calm and peaceful state. Breathing exercises will be introduced to learn to control your breath and feel the energy flowing throughout your body.

Traditional Hatha Yoga
Get to know key Hatha Yoga practices that focus on the cultivation of power and burning through the limitations that bind us in mediocrity. Learn to breathe consciously and let yourself be guided with awareness towards a steady and calm mind.
