Yoga
Build up confidence and strength by holding poses and focusing on a proper physical alignment in this Yoga class. Reconnect and balance your body and mind, as you open and ground yourself.

Hatha Yoga
Traditional yoga asanas in a slow conscious flow – soft and strong at the same time. We will dive into sensations of the body, state of mindfulness, connect all asanas with breathing, develop strength and flexibility of the body and in the end immerse in complete deep relaxation of the mind and body in shavasana with soundhealing.

Taichi
Flow gracefully and slowly through body movements by focusing on a steady motion and deep breathing. As you experience meditation in motion, the gentle flow from one posture to the next supports in stress reduction and promotes serenity throughout the exercise.

Morning/Sunset Flow
Follow a gentle flow as you connect your breath to your movements. Morning/Sunset Flow will guide your body through sequences to wake up your muscles and prepare you for the rest of the day.

Meditation
A guided meditation will support you in finding a calm and peaceful state. Breathing exercises will be introduced to learn to control your breath and feel the energy flowing throughout your body.

Qi Gong
Qi is the Chinese word for 'life or vital energy' that flows through every living thing. Gong translates as 'work' or 'skill' or 'benefits acquired through perseverance and practice'. Together the two words mean 'skill or mastery of working with vital energy' - this is cultivating and accumulating of an abundant energy flow through practice.
