Cire presents contemporary Western cuisine prepared with regional produce. Pronounced “Seer”, Cire refers to a process of waxing or polishing, paying tribute to the Balinese batik stamps which decorate the restaurant. Guests in search of a discreet fine-dining experience will not only be impressed by the exquisitely plated dishes, but will also be pleased with the restaurant’s smart configuration, with the addition of cleverly placed screens and art pieces to allow each party the exclusiveness of their own private dining area.
