Now wielding his skills at Alila Villas Uluwatu, Chef Marc is re-exciting the dining experience, introducing heartwarming elements of comfort food and a new signature tasting menu, drawing on his love for the radiant flavours of the Mediterranean and the spicy-sweet-sour-bitter punch of Asian cuisine.
