The resort's 56 rooms and villas are housed in 14 two-storey blocks designed to resemble a Balinese village. All rooms and villas have panoramic views of the magical Ayung River and surrounding volcanoes.

Alila Ubud has commenced with its expansion plan to add 4 new villas to its room inventory. The project is expected to complete in August 2012, just before the 2012 high season. Work will take place daily from 10am to 5pm but it is isolated from the public areas to ensure minimum noise and inconvenience to guests.
