Reservation Guarantee:
A valid credit card with the name of the cardholder, card number and expiry date is required to guarantee your booking.

Cancellation Policy:
Low Seasons: 1 June - 15 July and 16 September – 19 December
Cancellations received within 24 hours of arrival or No Show will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night of the accommodation charge per villa booked plus service charge and government tax.

High Seasons: 16 July - 15 September
Cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival or No Show will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night of the accommodation charge per villa booked plus service charge and government tax.

Peak Season: 20 December - 5 January
Bookings cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival or No Show will incur the cost of the total stay and one way transfers per guest plus service charge and government tax.
