Sena was previously Director of Sales at the Alila Ubud and Alila Manggis in Bali before being promoted to manage Kemang Icon by Alila in the heart of Jakarta. Joined Alila Hotels and Resorts in 2003, Sena was then appointed Sales Manager in 2004 and grew to take on the expanded responsibilities of Director of Sales in 2006.
