Carter has worked his way around the globe from Austin, Texas with impressive stints in celebrated hotels, among them various Aman Resorts and properties in the Morgans Hotel Group including the ultra chic Mondrian Hotel in LA. Well versed in such trendsetting properties, Carter brings additional oomph to the guest experience in Kemang Icon and stunning rooftop dining at The Edge Bistro and Bar. Carter is not only familiar with smooth sailing, he also trained as a wilderness guide in the Kimberley in Australia, once spending 77 days in the bush. He is excited to be conquering the untamed traffic jam of Jakarta.
