Kemang Icon by Alila, an ultra-chic all-suite boutique hotel in one of Jakarta’s most upscale and trendsetting neighbourhoods, is seeking for a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to head a contemporary, sexy 120-seater International Bistro that is known for its high quality of service and product personalization.

The areas of responsibility are:
1. Product creation and menu engineering as well correct culinary method implementation
2. Staff training and development
3. Private event Management
4. Theme event creation include program distribution
5. Revenue generation and development for the restaurant
6. Quality product and service Management

If you have the following pre-requisites, we will be happy to hear from you:
- young, energetic local or expatriates
- experience and knowledge of Jakarta and the International culinary standard
- capability to manage the kitchen and service team
- hands on with event arrangement
- outgoing and enjoy guests interactions
- fluent in English
- appreciate Bistro concept and home cooking/food style
