Eric Faivre brings to Alila Jakarta 25 years of hospitality experience along with his many inherent talents in management. Among his previous appointments, Eric worked as Executive Assistant Manager at The Chedi in Chiang Mai during the opening of this GHM hotel. He has also served as Director of Food & Beverage at The Peninsula Bangkok in Thailand, Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at The Peninsula Chicago, USA during the hotel's launch, as well as servings stints at The Peninsula Hotel in Beijing and at Sir Terence Conran's award-winning London restaurant 'Quaglino's'. He has been awarded a Higher Certificate from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in London, UK, and a Diploma in Culinary Arts, Service, Front Office and Management from Ecole Hôtelière in Strasbourg, France. Born and raised in Strasbourg, Eric incorporates a natural refinement and inimitable style to every project he undertakes.
