The award winning Spice Studio at Alila Diwa Goa which has been a popular dinner venue for traditional Indian cuisine, now serves up a delectable selection of Goan favourites for lunch with "Goa on a Plate". Under the direction of Executive Chef Ashish Deva, Specialty Chefs Shubham & Edia along with the rest of the culinary team have put together a lunch menu combining the finest of spices with garden fresh vegetables, scrumptious seafood and meats for a delightful lunch experience. Some of the highlights include delicacies such as Goan Prawn Curry, Mushroom Amsol, Goan Fish Curry and Mutton Xacuti. A range of freshly prepared pickles, local baked breads and a spice infused welcome drink further complements the meal. Spice Studio is built on a raised open-air deck with an ancient banyan tree at the centre creating the perfect atmosphere for a hearty Indian meal flavored with fresh spices. The dinner menu takes guests on a culinary voyage of exploration highlighting forgotten culinary preparations and exotic Indian spices to pamper the palate. From the fiery flavours of the “South East Coast” to the ‘Dum’ preparations of the “Regal Nawabs of Awadh & Hyderabad”, to succulent tandoori fare from the “North West Frontier” and of course the rustic flavours of “Gorgeous Goa”, our chefs take pride in preparing a mélange of tastes from the various corners of India ensuring a delightful culinary experience. Walk-in's are welcome however it's best to secure your favourite table with a prior reservation.

Lunch per person costs INR 250 ++ for single plates or INR 350++ for a tasting plate of two dishes.
