Thiva takes over the reins at Alila Jakarta with 15 years of experience at leading international hotels in Singapore, including the Hyatt Regency, Le Meridien Changi, Westin Plaza and Westin Stamford. In 2002, Thiva led the rebranding of Westin to Raffles the Plaza. Rising to the big occasion, he was also in charge of hosting the 117th International Olympic Council delegation in Singapore in 2005. Prior to joining Alila, Thiva was Property Manager for Hotel 1929 and New Majestic Hotel, two contemporary boutique hotels in Singapore.
